2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the 747.phlive platform. This requirement is imposed by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulation. 747.phlive strictly prohibits access by minors and will terminate any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21, with any outstanding balance subject to review and possible forfeiture.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC). All Players are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before withdrawals above the applicable threshold may be processed. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: Philippine National ID (PhilSys), UMID, Social Security System (SSS) ID, Driver's License, Passport, and Voter's ID. 747.phlive reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
2.3 Geographic Restriction. The 747.phlive platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Players residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law are not permitted to register or use the platform. 2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) 747.phlive account. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Underage Gambling: 747.phlive has zero tolerance for underage gambling. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed. 3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 747.phlive account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 747.phlive will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify 747.phlive support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of or access to your account. Until such notification is received, 747.phlive shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.3 Account Funds. The balance displayed in your 747.phlive wallet represents funds held by the platform on your behalf. Wallet funds do not constitute deposits within the meaning of Philippine banking law and do not accrue interest. Funds are held in accounts segregated from 747.phlive's operating capital.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive after twelve (12) consecutive months without any login or transaction activity. 747.phlive may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified via their registered contact details prior to the application of inactivity fees.
3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request account closure at any time by contacting 747.phlive customer support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following verification checks.
4.1 All deposits on 747.phlive are processed and denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter, Coins.ph, and USDT (subject to prevailing conversion rates and conditions).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 747.phlive reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice to Players.
4.3 Own Funds Requirement. All funds deposited to your 747.phlive account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties — including family members — are prohibited. 747.phlive reserves the right to require proof of payment source ownership.
4.4 Deposit Processing. E-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya) are typically reflected in your 747.phlive wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers may require up to sixty (60) minutes during business hours. 747.phlive is not responsible for delays attributable to the payment service provider.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 747.phlive is obligated to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR AML requirements. We may request additional documentation for large or unusual deposits and may report suspicious transaction activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
Important: Never deposit funds exceeding your intended gaming budget. 747.phlive cannot reverse confirmed deposits. If you believe you have a gambling problem, please use the deposit limit tools in your account settings or contact our responsible gaming support before making any further deposits.
5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name and verified as part of the KYC process. 747.phlive does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds are specified in individual promotion terms. Players should review these before accepting any bonus.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. 747.phlive employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the exploitation of technical errors, hedging bets across multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee profit on bonus funds, and patterns of play specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without normal gameplay risk. Detected bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
6.4 747.phlive reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice, and to disqualify any Player from a promotion where there is reasonable evidence of abuse or breach of promotion terms.
7.1 All games offered on 747.phlive use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by licensed studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and others) subject to their own regulatory and certification requirements.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. 7.5 Responsibility for Internet Connectivity. 11.2 747.phlive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from:
11.3 Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit 747.phlive's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.
12.1 747.phlive reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
12.2 Upon account termination resulting from a Player's breach of these Terms, 747.phlive reserves the right to withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and to forfeit any bonus balances. Verified real-money deposits may be returned to the Player following completion of the investigation, subject to applicable legal obligations.
12.3 Players may close their accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period, and verified remaining balances will be returned.
13.1 Internal Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of 747.phlive, you are required to contact the 747.phlive customer support team in the first instance. 747.phlive commits to investigating and responding to all formally submitted disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
13.2 PAGCOR Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through 747.phlive's internal process, Players may escalate to PAGCOR in accordance with the procedures established by that regulatory body. 747.phlive will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-mediated dispute resolution process.
13.3 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute not resolved through internal processes or PAGCOR mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.4 Game Outcome Disputes. All game outcomes are recorded by 747.phlive's server and, for live casino games, by the studio provider's systems. In the event of a conflict between a Player's recollection and the platform's recorded outcome, the server record is the authoritative and final result.
14.1 747.phlive reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance.
